My Sales

My Sales is each stylist's own page: what she's sold against her goal, how many of her brides bought, the quotes she still has out, and the brides who came in, didn't buy, and need a call. Open it from My Sales in the sidebar, under Insights.

A stylist only ever sees her own numbers. Owners and managers, and anyone whose role has the Team Sales report permission, can open any stylist's page and compare the whole team.

Every number is worked out the same way as the shop's reports, so a stylist's page and the Sales Dashboard always agree:

  • A sale counts for a stylist when she's the order's assigned stylist or, failing that, its seller. Team Sales and Commissions credit sales the same way.
  • Revenue is net of sales tax, on completed and partly refunded orders, counted on the day the order completed in your shop's time zone.

What's on a stylist's page

Sales against her goal

Three tiles show her sales this month, this quarter and this year, each with the number of sales and how it compares with the same period before. The month tile also shows her average sale.

When she has a goal, a bar shows how far along she is, colored by pace:

  • Green: on pace or ahead.
  • Yellow: a little behind.
  • Red: further behind.

The thin mark shows where she'd expect to be by now for the time that's gone. Set each stylist's monthly goals under Settings → Sales Goals by picking her name; the quarter and year goals are her months added up.

Close ratio

A gauge shows the share of her bridal appointments this month where the bride bought, with a tick for the shop average so she can see how she compares:

  • Green: at or above the shop average.
  • Amber: close behind.
  • Red: well behind.

Underneath, a line shows her close ratio for each of the last six months.

This is the Close Ratio report for her appointments. It counts the appointment types your shop treats as bridal (chosen on the Sales Dashboard's bridal goal), and a bride counts as bought when she buys within 30 days of her appointment.

This month's brides

A funnel follows her bridal appointments this month:

  • Booked: every bridal appointment with her this month, with how many are still to come.
  • Came in: the ones that happened, with how many were no-shows.
  • Bought: the brides who bought.

The percentage beside each step is how many made it from the step above.

Asked for by name

How many brides booked asking for her by name when they picked a stylist on your booking page, this month, this quarter and this year. The request is kept even if the appointment is later moved to someone else.

Sales, last 12 months

Her sales for each of the last twelve months as bars, with her monthly goal as a dashed line when she has one.

Quotes still out

Shown when your shop uses Quotes.

  • Open quotes: the total value of the quotes she's sent that haven't been answered or expired, and how many there are.
  • Age: a colored bar splits them by how long ago they were sent: this week, 1–2 weeks, 2–4 weeks, and over a month.
  • Won, last 90 days: of her quotes answered in the last 90 days, how many became sales.
  • Accepted, ring up: quotes the bride accepted that haven't been turned into a sale yet.
  • Drafts not sent: quotes she started but hasn't sent.

Quotes to follow up lists the ones that need a nudge: sent 7 or more days ago, or expiring within a week, newest first. Click one to open it.

Brides to follow up with

The brides who came in and didn't buy, whose last appointment was with her, and whose wedding is still ahead (or not known), soonest wedding first. Each shows:

  • her wedding date, with a countdown (red within about four months, amber within eight)
  • her last visit and what kind of appointment it was
  • her phone number, which you can tap to call from a phone

Click a name to open her profile.

"Didn't buy" means the bride is in one of your shop's follow-up categories, set once for the whole shop.

Choosing the follow-up categories

Owners and managers choose which customer categories mean a bride came in and didn't buy:

  1. Open My Sales and click the gear button at the top right.
  2. Tick the categories, for example "Bride – Not Purchased".
  3. Click Save.

Until you choose, BridalOp uses any category with "Not Purchased" in its name. Staff put brides in these categories when they complete an appointment.

The team view (owners and managers)

Click Team at the top of My Sales to see everyone for the month:

  • Totals: team sales, the shop's close ratio, the value of quotes out, and how many brides are waiting on a call.
  • Sales by stylist: a bar for each stylist, in her calendar color.
  • Side by side: every stylist's sales against her goal, close ratio, quotes out, brides to call and requests by name. Sort by any of them.

Click a stylist to open her page. Use Stylist and the name list to switch between stylists, the month list to look at an earlier month, and the location list to look at one location.
