Floor Settings
Settings → Floor. Appears once the Floor & Waitlist module is switched on under Modules. For what the module does, see Floor & Waitlist.
Walk-ins
Walk-in appointment type — a walk-in checked in at the desk becomes an appointment of this type, starting now. Make one called "Walk-in" under Booking Settings → Appointment Types if you don't have one, and leave Bookable online off so it never shows on your booking page. If nothing is chosen here, the first active type that uses a fitting room is used.
Flag a wait longer than — minutes before a girl in the queue turns amber on the board. 45 by default. Nothing else happens; it's for the manager's eye.
Screens
A screen is a page for a tablet or TV in the lobby or outside a fitting room. Nobody signs in; the link is the key, and the page shows first names and last initials and nothing else. See Screens for what each kind shows.
Setting up a whole floor
Add a screen for every room makes one room screen per fitting room, named after the room ("Room 12 door"). Rooms that already have a screen are skipped, so pressing it again is safe.
Print QR sheet opens a page with every screen's name, link and QR code, laid out to print. Walk the floor with it and scan each code on its tablet; the page opens and you leave it there. No typing.

Each screen shows when it was last seen, so you can tell which tablets are still open.
Keeping the tablet awake
Set the tablet's screen timeout to never, or use a kiosk app that keeps the page open. The page refreshes itself every five seconds and says "Reconnecting…" if it loses the connection.
Texts
The two floor texts are switched on and off under General Settings → Notifications, and reworded under Settings → Email & SMS Templates.
